The Pennsylvania Bureau of EMS has provided the following link for the PA Volunteer Tax Credit Form OC-V. This is the official form that must be submitted in order to receive a tax credit for 2008. As you know the PA legislature passed a tax credit bill for EMS and Fire volunteers, this legislation was signed by the Governor and is a law. The available funds are limited so it is important that volunteers officially apply for the credit as soon as possible. The instructions for completion are with the form.
